The coup d’etats in 2006 and 2014 lead to extensive human rights violations and constriction of freedom of expression, ripping away opportunities for country’s development. The deep-rooted issue was observed and studied in the research by Lieutenant General Sanit Srarngsomwong together with professor dr. Panchada Siriwannabutr, in which the resolution outline was suggested.
I had the opportunity to work on this heavy and controversial topic with Rethink Thailand. It was one of the most sensitive projects I’ve ever done, as our attention is to raise public awareness and suggest practical solutions; without trying to stereotype, causing trouble, or harm anyone’s feelings — whether they are civilians or soldiers.
